Choosing a photo
Use a clear, evenly lit photo of yourself, facing the camera, with both eyes and both brows visible. You must be 18 or older. Picking a photo on the upload page does not send or check it; that happens when you sign in and submit the photo, shape and technique together.
What you're charged
A successful brow preview costs 50 credits. If the photo turns out to be unusable, it costs 5. If something fails on our side, it costs nothing. Basic checks for broken or wrong-format files are free. You need at least 40 credits to start; with 40–49, the gap is a trial loan that buying a pack later cancels, and the pack arrives in full. New accounts get 50 credits once, after email verification and an account check.
While a task is running
The status you see (queued, checking, running, recovering, in review) is the real state on our server. While a task runs, its credits are held: you can't spend them, but nothing has been charged yet. A success then charges 50. Each task has a 24-hour cut-off, including any human review; if it isn't finished by then it closes without a charge. Keep the task link. Reloading the page or coming back from checkout never starts a second task. If a submission times out, retry the same selection instead of starting a new one.
Account checks
Signing up needs an email code and a quick security check. Accounts with a username and password sign in as before. If your signup credits need an extra check, the account verification page walks you through it; you can retry at the time it shows or write to support. Buying credits doesn't release signup credits that are still under review. Purchased credits are handled separately.
Downloads and support
Once a preview is delivered, you can open and download the shade versions and the Brow Brief as often as you like at no extra cost. A preview is a reference for talking with your artist, not medical advice and not a guaranteed result. For a missing result, account questions, deletion or refunds, email feedback@likeuphoto.online with your task or order reference. Never send passwords or card details.
